A Snowy Day!

Well, I did ask for a White Christmas this year...even though it was a day late!

As a child, when it would snow, my dad use to take me and my sister to this little old country store up the street from our first house in Jackson. When we finally got to the country store we would sit around a fire and wait for our clothes to dry just so we could walk back. I am pretty sure we would drink hot chocolate when we got there...but that could all be in my imagination. I was dropped on my head as a child (no lie!!) and this is why I forget things (at least that is the running joke in my family)! I tell you all of this because of what I did with Makenzie, Jack, and Sadie today. It was snowing when we woke up. Since we do not have a "little country store" down the street from us, I decided we would walk to Dunkin' Donuts. We had fun! See my pictures below!

I bribed them with donuts and hot chocolate!
Jack throwing a snowball at one of his sisters! Look at that arm!
 They do love each other!
She walked incredibly slow and kept complaining of her socks being "quitters."
